better than the Capresso model I had for 4 year and a lot less $$. easy to use. It still does have the Krup's problem, when you pour too fast, it dribbles from the carafe.The burr grinder is the best
Customer Review: no timer/poor warranty
The timer did not work, so we called the customer service # for Krups. After a lame conversation with them on the phone going over the very same trouble shooting issues in the manual, they told me the timer/clock issues would have to be repaired after I mailed it in on my own expense. The machine was only 3 days old. What a lousy customer service policy from Krups!!! Other then that, it makes good coffee.
